Error E1200: PCI/AGP initialisation failed.

Fix: Check that the program has initialised its device driver successfully; if correctly installed make sure you have administrator permissions that allow device driver registration/execution. Otherwise ask the administrator to set up the driver to load at boot.

On old systems it is possible the PCI interface is not working correctly or it has not been enabled.
